THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE FRACTION
1 Implementation in legislative and other activities of the program instructions of the governing bodies of the Party and the decisions of the Chairman of the Party in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Regulations on the faction.
2 The implementation of a policy in the Mazhilis of the Parliament reflecting the position of the Party and the Chairman of the Party on issues of socio-political and socio-economic development of the country, the key provisions of which are fixed in the Election Program.
3 Ensuring the solidarity vote of the Faction members at the plenary sessions of the Parliament and the Mazhilis of the Parliament in accordance with the decision adopted by the Faction Meeting.
4 Monitoring the implementation of the Party's Election Program within the powers of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament provided for by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
ORGANIZATION OF THE FACTION'S ACTIVITIES
The Faction is headed by the Head of the Faction, who is elected by the members of the Faction.
The highest organ of the Faction is the Faction Meeting.
THE HEAD OF THE FACTION
Carries out the general management of the Faction
Presents at the plenary sessions of the Mazhilis of the Parliament the agreed position of the Faction on issues considered by the Mazhilis of the Parliament.
Proposes the agenda of the faction meeting, presides over it, signs the minutes of the faction meeting
Gives instructions to the members of the Faction.
The head of the Faction is a member of the Bureau of the Mazhilis of the Parliament
